The electrifying funk-pop band Ripe has a couple shows lined up! 

Tastefully blending the funk and pop genres with a unique sound that gives off the vibe of walking through a beach-town, Ripe is a great band to have on modern funk-pop lovers’ radar. Although they only have one studio album released, the band has been consistently releasing EPs and singles.

Boston-based Ripe is an amalgamated ensemble that heralds the best of several genres. Cradling elements of rock, funk, R&B and jazz, the band infuses their sound with lush melodies and textured harmonies. Also, Ripe‘s musicianship is par excellence, with a constant shifting of danceable rhythms and musical spontaneity.

Originating from Boston, MA the band consists of Robbie Wulfsohn (Vocals), Tory Geismar (Guitar), Jon Becker (Guitar), Sampson Hellerman (Drums), Josh Shpak (Trumpet), Calvin Barthel (Trombone), and Nadav Shapira (Bass).
